REFERRAL OFFER TERMS

1. Sponsor

This referral offer is run by DevKonnect IT Consulting LLC, 426 Puma Loop, Groveland, FL 34736-3506, USA, which operates Erasthetic ("we", "us"). Apple and Google are not sponsors of this offer and are not responsible for it.

2. Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or older, in any country, except where this offer is prohibited or restricted by law, where it is void. Our employees and the members of their households cannot take part.

3. When

The start and end of the offer (the "Offer Period") will be published on this page when the offer begins.

4. How to take part

Taking part is free and requires no purchase. Enter your email address at erasthetic.com and follow the confirmation link we send you. You will then receive a personal invite link and code to share.

5. What counts as a referral

A person counts as your referral only when, during the Offer Period, they (a) sign up at erasthetic.com using your invite link or code, (b) confirm their email address, and (c) create a new Erasthetic account in the app using that same email address. An account created before the Offer Period does not count. A referral whose account has been deleted when the offer ends does not count. Referring yourself, including through another version of your own email address, does not count.

6. Rewards

• 3 counted referrals: 1 month of Erasthetic Premium, free.
• 5 or more counted referrals: 3 months of Erasthetic Premium, free.

Each person receives one reward at most: the larger one reached. Rewards do not add together. There is no limit on how many people can earn a reward. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred.

7. How rewards are delivered

After the Offer Period ends, we review the referrals and email each person who earned a reward a link to claim it, normally within 30 days. The reward is an App Store offer code or a Google Play promo code for Erasthetic Premium, redeemed in your app store under Apple's or Google's terms. A code can only be used where Erasthetic Premium is sold in your store, and must be redeemed before any expiry date shown with it. If you already subscribe, your store decides how the free period applies.

The code starts a free period of Erasthetic Premium that renews at the regular price unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Your store shows these renewal terms before you confirm the code.

8. Fair play

Share your invite only with people you know or in places where sharing is welcome. Do not send spam or unsolicited messages, and follow the laws that apply to you. We may withhold a reward where referrals appear to be fake, automated, self-referred, or obtained in breach of these terms or the law.

9. Changes

We may change or end this offer if it is affected by fraud, technical failure or anything else outside our control. If we do, we will publish the change on this page, and rewards earned before the change will still be honored.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to a reward you receive.

11. Your data

How we use your information for this offer, including matching your referrals to Erasthetic accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Lake County, Florida, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived. Questions: support@erasthetic.com.
