DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your Erasthetic account and the data in it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting from inside the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

• Open Erasthetic and tap your avatar at the top of the Today, Workout or Progress screen to open your profile.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm twice. The second prompt is the point of no return.

Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot reach the app — for example you no longer have the device, or you have lost access to your account — write to support@erasthetic.com from the email address the account was registered with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm and action the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• your profile, goals and body measurements;
• your food, water and weight logs, and your daily check-ins;
• your workouts, routines and recorded sessions;
• your progress photos;
• your friend connections and group memberships.

What does not go, and why

Two things deliberately survive deletion, and you should know about them before you delete:

• Messages you posted in a group remain visible to that group, with your name removed. Removing them would tear content out of a conversation other people are still reading.
• Subscription and purchase records are held by Apple and Google, not by us, and are governed by their retention policies. Deleting your Erasthetic account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or you may continue to be billed.

We may also retain records where the law requires it, or where they are needed to resolve a dispute.

How long it takes

Deletion from inside the app is immediate. An emailed request is actioned within 30 days. Routine backups are cycled out on their normal schedule after that.
